The last march I was on was an Aldermaston march,so not exactly a regular protester. But ,like many many people of who had never marched before I felt an overwhelming need to DO something about the insane rushing towards an war that NOBODY wanted. It was a very powerful feeling being part of such a huge ,peaceful but passionate refusal to be manipulated by fear and lies. It was so moving to see people all around of every possible age and type, some really elderly and disabled but wanting so much to be there. It was a life affirming and changing experience.
