Too congested to actually march so we shuffled shoulder to shoulder thru London, England until we reached Hyde Park, then strode straight back to coach for Pontypridd, Wales. Too full to slip away for coffee – like trying to jump into a strong current in a river. It was bitterly cold but brilliant atmospheric. We knew it was big when the M4 services were too full to use. Usually, it’s just one column on a march but we had more columns feeding from other streets. Proud to have been there.
